Having muscle ache now, strained too much due to lack of training before that, i only completed the 400m race, someone else replaced me for the 800m as the 800m race was right after the 400m.
the guys were real good runners..
this was at red box on tuesday, we met up to called sook kuan who is in cuba now to wish her happy birthday. we woke her up in her sleep..from left to right:an yi, me, amery
