I picked up a new sport-ROCK CLIMBING...try this at mad monkeyz climbing gym located at wangsa maju. affordable price at RM14 each visit (includes choes, chalk and entrance fee), good form of exercise, builds patience and determination.

i'm following the yellow path and the target is the yellow cross, i failed to stretch and reach
after about 2 hours plus, dead exhausted..~i'll be back to achieve one star! taking up yoga classes starting january, it's time to kick my ass off to register~
