A step to better health

It was my first time to Bukit Kiara this morning. We went for hiking at 8am this morning. After that bak kut teh for breakfast, not that healthy afterall, all the calories burned came back and our effort this morning went into trash..haha, but we enjoyed every moment spent so who cares..

FULFILLED WEEKEND

15th February 2009, 6.30pm
This weekend has been occupied wisely with camp and work. First it was troop camp on friday and saturday. Lack of sleep and water for sure. Then working on sunday at bandar menjalara with sweat and make up melting as it was outdoor, but it was nice working environment with nice people though.i had lots of fun too.. i shall rate my weekend with 4 stars though all that i've been through is not comfortable and luxurious at all..

I was in charge of the recruits during the camp, lucky thats only 20 to handle, phew.. Though it's 20 of them only, they driven me crazy and i almost lose my voice for screaming and yelling.. But they are funny at times too, overall i guessed they liked me and i enjoyed their companion too. Trust me, i've been through all the activities below when i was a scout..

GOOD AND BAD

It was suppose to be a normal study day today. I have one bad news and one good news. Bad news is i have replacement class tomorrow. It's a friday and i'm suppose to have more sleep, but have to get up early tomorrow morning as well. Compensate the bad with the good news: i skipped class for work today, which means money coming in.. Sacrifice management accounting class for work, not a really good news afterall..But i met really nice people in work. We somehow just clicked pretty well..Hope to see you girls again!

IT PAYS TO LEARN A LESSON

11th March 2009, 3.30pm

It's vegetarian day today! Counting down the days to April, in less than 3 weeks..Will be pretty well occupied during the weekends this month, grateful for that.. I lost my new pendrive today.It's 4 gb and i've only started using it yesterday.I forgot to remove it when i was in the computer lab today and when i got back there, it's gone. I don't know about other people but for me, it pays to learn a lesson. I admit that i am careless and ignorant, so i have to sacrifice something to be more careful next time. Masvynn also said all my lessons paid are expensive : the accident and this pendrive are good examples. If it's not an expensive one, it will not be a memorable lesson. Just like our lives, if it's not a very hurt outcome, we will definitely repeat the same mistake and fall for the trap once again .I was prety upset about that in the beginning, but now i'm feeling much better, after reading the forwarded mail may sent to me. It says " Things aren't always what they seemed.Sometimes that is exactly what happens when things don't turn out the way they should. If you have faith, you just need to trust that every outcome is always to your advantage. You might not know it until some time later....
Yesterday is history.
Tomorrow a mystery.
Today is a gift.
That's why it's called the present! "

RANDOM MELACCA TRIP

It's a long weekend this week due to today's public holiday. We had a random 2 days 1 night trip to melacca. I was sick with flu since Friday but fortunately i still manage it make it. We started our journey yesterday and arrived in melacca at 1pm. It was a very hot day yesterday, packed with people and cars, looks like every one from other states came here, traffic was so congested. We mingled around under the hot sun, thank god i did not faint.
